Manage workspace access and language¶
Your role determines which pages you can open and which settings you can change. Some features also need to be enabled or configured for your workspace.
For passkeys, authenticator apps and recovery, see Account security. Authorized administrators manage access for applications and AI assistants under API access.
Match access to the task¶
| Role | Workspace access |
|---|---|
| Tenant Admin | Workspace configuration, Agents, tools, credentials, processing, telephony and customer billing |
| Tenant Supervisor | Create and update Agents and Flows, manage knowledge, read tools and call history |
| Tenant Operator | Read Agents and call history, manage users according to assigned permissions |
| Tenant User | Limited access including Agent and call-history reading |
The table shows the default permissions. Your account permissions determine which actions you can take. Editing tools and credentials requires additional access.
Add or update a team member¶
- Open user management in your workspace.
- Enter the account details and choose an available role.
- Check the workspace and role.
- Save the details or send the invitation, depending on the action shown.
Give each team member the access they need for their work. If the required role is unavailable, contact your workspace administrator.
Change interface language¶
Choose your preferred language in your account settings. Nuvoca saves it for the interface. Set the Agent’s recognition language, voice and prompt language separately.
This documentation is available in German and English through its language selector. Switching documentation language keeps you on the corresponding page.
If a control is missing¶
First check that you are signed in to the correct workspace. Then ask your workspace administrator to check your account permissions and whether the feature is enabled. Include the page and action you want to use.
