What's new in Nuvoca

This overview covers new configuration capabilities in the documentation as of 2 November 2026. Availability in your workspace depends on permissions and configured services.

Create and review Agents with an AI assistant

Connect your assistant through Nuvoca MCP access. It can read and edit authorized configuration and analyze stored call summaries. Example prompts cover Agent creation, prompt analysis and a callback list for today.

The new Agent Studio 0.1.9 is available as a ZIP download. Its five skills support prompts, routing, tools, knowledge search and source preparation.

Connect your applications to Nuvoca

Manage OAuth applications, API keys and connected grants under Settings → API access. The REST API describes authorized operations, scopes and examples for configuration, file upload and summaries.

Use passkeys and MFA

In Account security, enroll passkeys or an authenticator app and save recovery codes. Authorized administrators can require MFA for individual users and start recovery.

Choose Kugel Ear 1 for speech recognition

Recognition settings offer Kugel Ear 1 with nine selectable languages and Responsive and Conservative KugelTurn levels. Choose Conservative for callers who pause to think, and compare both levels in new test calls.

Configure models and headers precisely

GPT-6.1 Terra offers None and Low reasoning effort in Nuvoca configuration where the model is available to you. Use the model-specific settings in the editor or selection catalog.

For stored API keys for external services, prefixes are preserved exactly. For Bearer authentication, Bearer must include a trailing space.
